Automatic/manual cleaning failure,device malfunction, please check. I cannot find anything on line regarding how to troubleshoot this.

I'm unable to determine how to reset the weight sensor in my Pura X after I add more litter. Because of use, the litter has dropped below the Minimum line, so I open the top of the Pura X and add litter. Now the display shows 6.2lbs as the measured weight. When I select "reset" from options it tells me "Cat is in the litter box" and refuses to do anything. How do I reset the weight sensor?

Hi there My pura max is not cleaning after my cat was inside. I checked the autmatic cleaning andthe delay is set to 1 minute. Thanky in andvance for helping.
